Conor McGregor’s wife Dee Devlin has announced her support for the MMA fighter while accusing Nikita Hand of lying. On November 22, a jury at the Dublin High Court found McGregor had assaulted Hand in December 2018. The court ordered McGregor to pay Hand €250,000 ($262,000) in damages. Following the verdict, McGregor released a statement, denying the claims and apologizing to Devlin for stepping out of the marriage.

Hand accused McGregor of assault and r*pe. The alleged crime happened on July 03, 2025, when Hand attended a party with McGregor and James Lawrence at the penthouse suite of the Beacon Hotel. Devlin claimed that the CCTV footage evidence in the lift before the alleged incident proved Hand’s real intentions.

In a series ofInstagramstories, Devlin went into a rant against Hand. Devlin accused Hand of initiating contact with her husband and sending him inappropriate texts and photos. She further shared in one of the stories,“My sons will be warned women like you exist in the world”.

In her next story, Devlinmentioned the CCTV footagewhich was a controversial piece of evidence in the case. During the trial, defense attorney Remy Farrell claimed that the footage showed Hand kissing McGregor’s arm when they entered the lift to leave the hotel room (via Laois Nationalist). He also claimed that Hand gave a hug to McGregor. Hand shared that she couldn’t remember what happened in the lift.
When she shared that the footage was disturbing for her to watch, Farrell shared that it was because“everything in that CCTV footage contradicts the story you have told.”Devlin shared that she looked forward to the day when the world gets to see the footage. She further shared:

To me it looks like you’re the one sexually assaulting in the lift. To me it looks like everyone is trying to get away from you.
Devlin shared that she and McGregor had resolved their issues privately years ago. She claimed that they were going strong.

Conor McGregor will appeal the decision of the Dublin High Court as he revealed in his statement posted on X. In the post, he expressed regret over the mistakes he made in the past. He shared that he should have never responded to the outreaches or gone to the party. Addressing Dee Devlin in his statement, he shared,“I should never have stepped out on the woman I love the most in the world.”
