Kevin O’Leary offered $100,000 for a whopping 30% stake, which Stern very sternly rejected.Daymond Johnwasn’t happy with the low equity being offered for such a big investment and quickly bowed out. Then came the real showdown,Lori Greinerand Mark Cuban teamed up, offering $100,000 with a $100,000 line of credit for 25% equity.
Greiner, who had a successful history with frozen treats and Cuban’s Ice Shaker, was confident that they were the perfect fit. But John wasn’t done yet, he wasn’t a fan of the deal and made it clear, to which Greiner said,

You know what… you making an offer right now?
In the end, Stern countered the offer, asking for 15%, but Cuban hit back with 20% and a bigger line of credit.

After a brief attempt by guest shark Daniel Lubetzky to swoop in, Stern decided to call it and accepted Cuban and Greiner’s deal, leaving Daymond and Lubetzky with their jaws on the floor.
