Have you had an overwhelming desire to don an eye patch and break into ‘24 Hour Cindarella’? It looks like SEGA has you covered. Following the release ofYakuza: Like a Dragonin Japan, SEGA has released everyYakuzagame soundtrack on Spotify. In other words, it’s karaoke time.

Noticed first by theYakuzacommunity on Reddit, the SEGA Sound Teamartist page on Spotifyhas a handful of new additions and spotlights – specifically focusing on the broaderYakuzaseries. While none of the songs have overtaken the fan-favorite ‘Escape From the City’ fromSonic Adventures 2, it is phenomenal that SEGA is supporting the series as it continues to grow in the West.

But what does the soundtracks consist of exactly? Well, a bit of everything, no matter which game you like. For one, SEGA is supporting all of the following titles with dedicated soundtracks on Spotify:

Even better, these don’t hold back on fan favorites. While my karaoke go-to is ‘24 Hour Cinderella,’ we can also listen to both the Kiryu and Nishiki versions of ‘Judgement.’

It seems as though theYakuzaseries and developer RGG Studios are having their glow up moment among the Western gaming community. With spinoff seriesJudgementwinning critical acclaim (including being namedGame of the Year 2019 by DualShockers), it’s easy to see that Western media is starting to warm up to the previously niche SEGA series.

Meanwhile, SEGA’s Toshihiro Nagoshi has started speaking on where he thinks the future of theYakuzaseries is heading. Surprisingly, this might mean further development into thebrand new RPG elementsbeing introduced inLike a Dragon.You know, the ones thatstarted off as an April Fools jokefrom RGG Studios?
