One of the most challenging aspects of developingWWE 2K25is dealing with the ever-changing WWE roster.
Creative Director Lynell Jinkstold me thisearlier this yearduring a preview event at the Royal Rumble.
“We always have our work cut out for us,” he told me about ensuring debuting wrestlers are able to be brought into the game. “We want to make sure that, you know, we have enough time to support [these wrestlers coming in].”
Given the impressive slew of talent thatWWEhas added this year, their work has indeed been cut out for them.
On May 14th, developer Visual Concepts releases the first character pack, introducing five new members to theWWE 2K25 roster: Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and a special celebrity guest to be named later. With the launch imminent, it’s perfect timing to start revealing how they’ll look in-game.
First Official Look At Stephanie Vaquer in WWE 2K25
Making her WWE debut in 2024, Vaquer quickly made a name for herself on the NXT brand. She quickly ascended the ranks of the NXT Women’s roster, capturing the NXT Women’s North American Championship at NXT Vengeance Day on February 15th. She also made her Royal Rumble debut that same month.
That wasn’t enough for her, as she’d defeat Giulia on March 11th at NXT: Roadblock to also capture the NXT Women’s Championship. She is the first female double champion in NXT history. Now, she can add “appearing inWWE 2K25” to her resume.
