Recently, Toei Animation released a new trailer for the upcomingDragon Ball Super: Super Heromovie. Of course, everything in the trailer was captivating; however, the best thing about it is that the clip confirmed Broly’s appearance in the newDragon Ballmovie.
Dragon Ball Super Brolymovie came out back in December 2018, and since then, Broly has become a fan favorite. So, it’s no wonder thatDragon Ballfans want this character to appear in the second season of the TV anime.
Well, we are waiting for any confirmation onDragon Ball SuperSeason 2. But fortunately, we still have another DB anime movie to look forward to in 2022. And the entire community is eager to know if Broly will appear in the upcoming film. Well, you’d be delighted to learn that we finally have an answer to the question.
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Movie Will Feature Broly
Toei Animation released a newtrailerfor theDragon Ball Super: SuperHero movie at NYCC 2021 Panel. As expected, the unseen footage features several new characters that will appear in the film. According to the trailer, Goku, Piccolo, and others will go against a new criminal organization operating in the shadows.
However, the most exciting part was that we saw a glimpse of Broly in the trailer. So, it’s confirmed that Broly will indeed appear in the 2022Dragon Ballmovie.
Are Broly and Goku Enemies in Dragon Ball Super 2022 Movie?
In the trailer, we can see Broly and Goku fighting, with Goku dodging Broly’s attack. So, one might think if Broly is Goku’s enemy inDragon Ball Super: Super Hero, much like the previous movie.
Well, in the trailer, both Saiyans are probably fighting on what looks like Beerus' planet. And if that’s true, there’s a high chance that they both may be training together. TheDBS Brolymovie ended with Goku helping out Broly by giving him the necessities to survive on the alien planet. Before leaving, he also states that he would sometimes like to train with Broly. So, considering all that, it’s safe to say that Broly will not appear as Goku’s enemy inDragon Ball Super: Super Hero. In fact, we might see both of them teaming up to go against actual villains in the anime film.
