Actor Misha Collins is best known for his role as the angel Castiel in the hit fantasy drama seriesSupernatural. However, before finding fame as an actor, Collins was on a completely different career path that led him to flirt with illegal activities. Collins did a brief internship at the White House, where he could not abstain from stealing.

During an appearance at a fan convention, Collins opened up about his life before acting and talked about his internship at the White House. What is more surprising is that the actor also admitted to stealing security passes from one of the most highly guarded facilities in the world. Here is what Collins had to say about the experience.

When you go out—if you go out for lunch or whatever—you drop the pass in a box. Every day I would pretend to drop my pass in the box and [then] stash my pass.
The statement makes it evident that Collins admitted to stealing from the White House by breaking one of the rules he was supposed to follow during his internship.

Collins was an intern at the White House during the term of former President Bill Clinton. The latter’s tenure was marked by a scandal that came to light in 1998. Clinton faced allegations of sexual contact with an intern Monica Lewinsky with their alleged affair lasting from 1995 to 1997.
Meanwhile, Collins’ internship at the White House ended shortly before Lewinsky’s arrival. However, the actor published an article for theBaltimore Sun, under his real name Dmitri Krushnic, andblasted the PR campaign against Lewinskywhich was meant to tarnish her image.

If Monica Lewinsky had not seemed like a star-struck, infatuated stalker who hung around the West Wing every chance she got, then it would be fair to say her behavior in the White House was suspicious.
