Since its parent company acquired Activision just last year,Call of Dutyenthusiasts have been waiting for some titles by the publisher to make their way onto Game Pass.

Xbox Game Pass is bringing a whopping seven titles for its subscribers, but even that ended up being underwhelming.

The Eight Latest Offerings by Xbox Game Pass

Xbox took to its official website toannounceWave 2 of its Game Pass subscription for the end of January and the beginning of February. The list features some heavy hitters, like the upcoming remakePersona 3 Reload, and considering how it’s going to be available on the service at launch, that should’ve been more than enough reason for fans to be excited.

Joining P-Studio’s title are numerous other great additions, includingPalworldandF1 23, but it seems like even a whopping eight games were not enough to satisfy everyone.

What was the point of acquiring Activision if its titles were not coming to Xbox Game Pass?

One of those eight titles has already become available on Xbox Game Pass starting today, which is a “story-driven, first-person psychological-thriller” calledThose Who Remain, which should be exciting for fans of the horror genre.

The next two games are not too far either, as on January 18,Turnip Boy Robs a Banklaunches worldwide and will be available on the service on day one. Along with that, racing and Formula 1 enthusiasts also have something to look forward to in the form ofF1 23.

Just a day after that comesPalworld, which is aPokémon-esque title in which players can catch more than 100 creatures in a “mysterious land.” Yet another title that is going to be available at launch on Xbox Game Pass isGo Mecha Ball, which is being added to the subscription on January 25. Fans of the roguelite genre should also be excited to know that top-down arena shooterBrotatojoins the service on January 30.

Activision Fans Are Disappointed About the Absence of Call of Duty Titles

Even with the addition of eight titles to its Game Pass service, it seems like Xbox has been unable to please plenty of Activision fans who had been looking forward toCall of Dutygames on the subscription.

The official Xbox Game Pass X accountsharedthe same list with its audience on the platform, and numerous players expressed their disappointment with the Wave 2 announcement.
