Zoro’ Altercation With Vegapunk Lilith

InOne PieceEpisode 1091 when Vegapunk Lilith decided to steal the treasure from the Straw Hat Pirates, she introduced a bunch of robotic sea beasts and claimed that if they didn’t hand over their valuables, the sea beast weapons would destroy the ship, and eventually kill them. When she saw that most of the crew was scared of her threat, she felt that she could easily win against them.

However, Lilith got a call from Vegapunk Shaka telling her to halt and look at someone who was acting differently from the other crew members. Roronoa Zoro, the second-in-command of the crew, was monitoring the incident calmly, his palm resting on one of his blades. Shaka told Lilith that she was the one who needed to panic and informed her who she was facing.

“Zoro is essentially a long-range swordsman at this point in the story. And has been for some time. The second she pulled up to the side of their ship and exposed herself, she was in his range. Situation handled.”
