What Are Stone Circles & How Do You Interact With Them?
Before you may find Star Iron, you must first find the Stone Circles.To do this, you need to have a character named Ithilion.This is one of theover 70 recruitable characters, and they can be found in Elheim. You will need to defeat Ithilion in a battle during the quest “The Elven Knight.” Once that is complete, you can start interacting with any of the many Stone Circles around the game.Before having the character, you won’t be able to do anything with the Stone Circles, even if you find some.
What Is Star Iron?
Star Iron is the material that Ithilion will be able to obtain from mining the Stone Circles that you visit. It can then be used to make some pretty powerful items. Here are all the items you’re able to make with Star Iron:
How To Find And Use Star Iron
You’re able to find Star Iron in a few different ways. For starters, the obvious way is by obtaining it via the Stone Circles around the map.Each time you find one of these, Ithilion will be able to mine two Star Iron from it.Additionally, you can get off a very select few quests in the game.
Once you reach Bastorias, you will be able to use the Star Iron you have collected to make the weapons above.In the eastern part of the kingdom (after fixing the bridge), you will find five different monuments that Ithilion will point out.If you offer Star Iron to these monuments, you will get one of the weapons.
Each weapon costs 5 Star Iron, meaning you need 25 Star Iron in total to obtain them all.
