Tokyo Revengers season 2 episode 8

RELATED:Tokyo Revengers: Does Kisaki Love Hinata?

The previous few episodes of Tokyo Revengers haven’t been favorable for Takemichi and his friends, especially in the last episode, where we saw them being badly beaten by Taiju and his friends. However, Takemichi was still stubborn after being trounced by Taiju, and he declared to defeat him and take over Black Dragon. Hakkai, on the other hand, still couldn’t gather the courage to face his elder brother. In the upcoming episode, we will likely see Mitsuya back in the game and maybe Mikey and Draken arriving at the scene as Toman’s saviors.

What Happened Previously On Tokyo Revengers?

Yuzuha is punched by Taiju again after she attempts to confront him. As he approached Yuzuha to kill her, Takemichi stopped him from doing so. Hakkai, on the other hand, watched everything in terror. Takemichi understood that Yuzuha was the key as she was the one to kill Taiju in the current timeline; however, Hakkai took the blame on himself to save her. So in order to save Hakkai and Toman from having a dark future, they need to protect Yuzuha.

Yuzuha stood up again and carried a knife to kill her brother, but Mitsuya arrived and decided to fight him next. Taiju asked about the truce, to which he replied that it didn’t matter anymore. The scene shifted to Mikey and Draken, who could be seen driving their bikes, and the former asked if he heard Mitsuya’s bike. Taiju and Mitsuya started fighting, and the former was easily stronger.

In the meantime, Chifuyu also entered the scene and revealed that he was the one to call Mitsuya here. Despite being overpowered, Mitsuya continued fighting Taiju, and Hakkai pleaded with him to back off. Suddenly, Inui appeared behind Mitsuya and hit him with a rod, and the latter fell unconscious. Koko also arrived in the meantime. Mitsuya woke up, and all of them discussed the plan to defeat Taiju, Koko, and Inui. They decided that Takemichi would go after Koko, Chifuyu would handle Inui, and Mitsuya and Hakkai would defeat Taiju.

Takemichi and Chifuyu started fighting their respective battles while Mitsuya approached Taiju; however, Hakkai still couldn’t show the guts to fight him. After seeing everyone being overthrown, Hakkai picked up the knife to kill Taiju, but Takemichi stopped him from killing his brother and said that this was not how they fought back. Takemichi confronted Taiju, and even after facing multiple punches, he stood his ground and claimed that he would defeat Taiju and take over Black Dragon.
