“Critics are less relevant today than at any time in human history… They’re off so much more than they’re on… and most people don’t buy into it at all.”
They further discussed the disconnect between critics’ opinions and audience reception, citing examples like Dave Chappelle’s comedy specials and Sheridan’s own show,Mayor of Kingstown.Rogan also expressed his frustration with critics’ seeming disconnect from popular opinion.
