Self Sufficient - Setting Up The Connector

You will find a circular structure in themiddle of the puzzle area. There is a single opening with agreen sun on one side and a red sun on the other— this will be referred to asRed Sun 1. Make your way to the side with thegreen sunon it. Opposite the green sun, you will see another red sun — this will be referred to asRed Sun 2. Between these two suns will bea Fan, and if you go up to this fan you will have the option todetach itfrom where it is placed.

Detach the fan and bring it over to thebutton near the green sun. This will causethe barriernext to the button to open and grant you access to agreen laser and a Connector. Move backward until you cansee both the green laser and the green sunfrom a single position — this is very easy-to-accomplish task if you keep your gaze toward the space between them. A good location for this is to the left of where you detached the fan.

From this spot, you should still be able to see both the green laser and the green sun. However, later in this puzzle, you will also need tomove this connector to higher groundsfor a different part of the puzzle, so the ideal location to put it down is actuallyto the left of Red Sun 2. Look towards thegreen laserand select it, followed by looking at thegreen sunand selecting it afterward. Select the “Connect” option to place the Connector down and have thegreen laser connect to the green sun.

Self Sufficient - Setting Up The RGB Connector

Pick up the Fanand make your way around the structure where you will find abutton in front of Red Sun 1. Place the fan on the button to lower thebarriernext to it. Behind this barrier will be ablue laser and an RGB Converter. Take the RGB converter and walk from the button to the steps near theouter areaof the puzzle area.

Turn around, and you should be able tosee both the red suns, the blue laser, and the Connector. With the RGB Converter,select the blue laser, the Connector, and then both red suns. Pick up theFanfrom the button and place it back where youinitially found it. Step onthe pad in front of the Fanto be launched up to the top of the structure. Here you will find the Progress Wheel.
