It has been a long time since we have heard anything aboutThe Boysas the actors got busy shooting season 4 of the iconic Amazon series. Based on anti-heroes and their fight against humans, the series is quite bloody, gory, and, spectacular.

It was season 3 when Jensen Ackles made his entrance as Soldier Boy in the Amazon Original series. With his character being the father of Homelander, and The Boys using Soldier Boy’s power to kill the supes, a brilliant theory has emerged about the future of supes and the survival of humans!
Soldier Boy Will Be The End ofThe Boys?
With numerous gory deaths that have been showcased in the series (rememberHerogasm?) the world ofThe Boysis not for everyone. Having a stellar cast ofJensen Ackles, Antony Starr, and, Karl Urban alongside several others,The Boysis something unique.
Fighting against superheroes (or supes) who are actually not that great people, the team of Boys is on a hunt to kill every supe there ever is. Finding Soldier Boy during the events of Season 3, Butcher and his band of brothers (get it?) are here to kill Homelander once and for all. But before we talk about the upcoming season ofThe Boys, let’s talk about its spin-off,Gen V(stay with me now).

The Boys Season 4: Black Noir’s Surprise Return Might Be a Sinister Plot by Show’s Most Diabolical Character to Take Down Homelander (Theory)
In the spin-off titledGen V,it was established that there’s a supe-killing virus that can kill supes. Surely, the Boys are indeed going to use it against Homelander and his team. However, there could be potentially one cure that could save the supes from dying. That cure is currently with the CIA and the US Government (in the show) and is none other than our very own Soldier Boy.
Soldier Boy Is The Cure For The Supe-killing Virus!
Although it hasn’t been confirmed, the facts do add up. Since the Russians tested quite a lot on Soldier Boy and made him capable of withstanding even radiation, Jensen Ackles’ character is quite OP. His beam can strip any superhero of their powers which could be very useful in the future.
Able to withstand intense radiation, it is not a far-fetched theory that Soldier Boy is also immune to the supe-killing virus! And if that is the case so, there are two possibilities on how this could play out inThe Boys.

Fallout Leaves The Boys and Invincible Behind, But Falls Short of Top Spot in Prime Video’s Viewership Rankings to 1 Far Worse Show
The first possibility, the good ending, would be that Homelander is introduced to the virus. To cure him Soldier Boy gives him his blood which makes Homelander immune but also, he gets stripped of his powers. With Homelander being nothing but a mortal man, the fight could end in a classic 1v1 where The Boys end HomelanderFight Club-style.
The second possibility, the bad ending (which is far more likely to happen), is that Homelander rescues Soldier Boy from the US Government and the CIA and gaslight him into joining their side. With immunity by his side and Soldier Boy teaming up with Homelander, the supe would literally be unstoppable.

But so far, these are just theories and we can neither confirm nor deny any of them. All we know for sure is thatThe Boysseason 4 is slated for a release on June 13 in the U.S. With the series being an Amazon original,The Boysis available to stream on Prime Video.
