Development studio Enhance announced ontheir official Twitter accountsome good newsconcerning the excellentTetris Effect. The title’s digital soundtrack will be launched later this month, once buyers receive the vinyl version from Limited Run Games:
According to the image featuring their official statement, theTetris Effectvinyl OST was significantly delayed in both production and shipping due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. But they’re currently on the way to the studio and will be shipping out by the end of the month.
Tetris Effectfirst launched in 2018 as a PS4 exclusive, before coming out for PC with bothOculus Rift and HTC Vive support. This version of the game allowed players to able to adjust the gameâs graphics, including ultra-wide monitor support, adjustable particle volume and size, and PC VR support.
Later on in 2019 Enhancere-released the gamefor PS4 for its first anniversary. First up is the news that Enhance is partnering with Limited Run Games to reissue a physical version of the PS4 release which comes with a reversible foil cover. Enhance and Limited Run also produced the vinyl release of the games' soundtrack. The soundtrack comes in two forms: a two-disc set featuring 17 of the game’s most popular songs, and a complete five-disc limited edition of all 40 tracks fromTetris Effect. Each soundtrack will come with a code to download all 40 tracks digitally.
In the latest news, if a new report fromUploadVRis proven true, fans might not have to wait much longer forTetris Effectto come to Oculus Quest. Yesterday, multiple screenshots popped up on Reddit, showing the game listed as “Coming Soon” in the Quest store. TheOculus Questis a VR system that works independently, without the need for a monitor/TV or a system. Seeing as this title has already come out for two VR systems, it would be a great addition to the Quest library.
