The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom begins the game by giving Link a new arm and with it, different abilities to interact with the world. There are many Shrines located around the world, and these abilities will help you solve the puzzles within.

The Tsutsu-Um Shrine relies on the Ultrahand ability to place different stakes into the wall. You’ll also need your paraglider and the occasional Ascension ability used to complete the Shrine.
Tsutsu-Um Shrine Location
The Tsutsu-Um Shrine is located in thesouthwestern area of the Hyrule Field region,covered by the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower. Thecoordinates to this shrine are -1423, -1351 0067,with the Shrine being located atop a hill that can be reached with minimal climbing.

Solving Tsutsu Shrine
Upon entering the Shrine, you’ll see the central part of the Shrine you’re trying to reach through a gate along the right side of the wall. Turn left and see thelarge pillar that will periodically rise and lower. Grab a nearby stake attached to a panel and wait for the large pillar to reach its lowest spot. Once it does,place the stake into the pillar to create a platform that raises and lowerswith the large pillar. Climb on the panel to be carried up to the next area.
On the next platform, you’ll see a fan blowing air upwards. Jump over the fan anduse your paraglider to be launched higher up, turning around to see the chestsitting on top of the other pillar you just passed. After getting the chest, return to the fan and use the same method, this time going for the grated pillar ahead, specifically the higher-up one.
Here, you’ll see a large ball periodically spawn and roll into the abyss to disappear. Your goal is to get the large ball into the divot off to the right side of the room. Placeone of the stakes directly in front of where the balls roll out, sothey are stopped, and you cancatch them with Ultrahand. From here,drop the ball onto the railings below, then jump down to the lower platform. On the lower platform, takeone of the remaining stakes and place into onto the outer section of the spinning wheel.The stake will go with the wheel and push the ball over the railing and into the divot. This will then open the gate,which you can paraglide back to, and complete the Shrine, obtaining your Light Of Blessing.
