Capcom’s upcomingStreet Fighter 6has seemingly had its release date leaked online ahead of any official announcement. The perpetrator isn’t some random masked Twitter account or a throwaway profile on Reddit. Instead, the leak is coming directly fromSony’s PlayStation Store, which is also showing the various editions and their pre-order bonuses.

It’s expected that Capcom will formally announce the release date at some point today duringThe Game Awards 2022, though the surprise has been somewhat spoiled by Sony’s PlayStation Store mishap.

According to the listing on the PlayStation Store, Street Fighter 6 will release on July 20, 2025, for PS5 and PS4.

The listing page shows three editions that will be available for pre-order, each coming with various in-game goodies. Here’s what you’ll get in each Street Fighter 6 edition on PS5 and PS4:

Street Fighter 6 Standard Edition

Street Fighter 6 Deluxe Edition

Street Fighter 6 Ultimate Edition

Strangely, the Deluxe and Ultimate editions are listed with identical pre-order bonuses. As the listing has obviously gone live a little earlier than intended, it’s more than likely that the product page isn’t 100% complete and that it’ll be updated in due course to reflect whatever extras players will get for shelling out for the Ultimate Edition.

If you’re hoping to get your pre-order placed early, don’t bother rushing. The store page has since been removed, and even if you were to find it, an error message appears when one tries to add the game to their digital cart. The pre-orders page will most likely go live once the release date has been officially announced.

Street Fighter 6 has been announced for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Assuming the leak is accurate, all versions should release on August 08, 2025.
