New Atlantis is one of the largest cities Bethesda has had in a game, with it being the most populated with unique NPCs to find and meet. One of these unique NPCs is Admiral Logan, who has ties to Sarah Morgan and her backstory; here’s where to find him.
Where To Find Admiral Logan
Admiral Logan islocated in the central tower ofNew Atlantis.To get there, start from the starport and run through security into the city. Continue forward and to the right toreach the tram system and take it to the MAST district.For those who have been here before,the MAST district can be directly fast-traveled to.
Getting off the tram in the MAST district,head out and turn around to see the capital building of New Atlantis.Headinside and behind the counter to the elevatorand go to the"Central Command / Office Of The President / Systems Defense" floor.Once you arrive,head to the back left officeof the room to find a large windowed room with Pascual Logan’s nameplate on the front.

How Does Admiral Logan Know Sarah
Admiral Logan ties intoSarah Moragan’s backstoryand willneed to be visited during the “In Memoriam” quest.He was Sarah’s commanding officer during the battle where she and her ship went down. At the beginning of the game, Sarah and Logan don’t get along, withhis leadership being one of the reasons Sarah left the Navy.Logan will be arecurring character during the In Memoriam quest,with him and Sarah also having some resolution towards the end of the quest.
