Marvelstar and webbed crusader Tom Holland has been spotted inStarfield…kind of. A Reddit user is shining a spotlight on a relatively unknown NPC in the game that appears to have an uncanny resemblance to theSpider-Manactor.
In aposton the Starfield subreddit earlier this week, Reddit user Scientist_Myself posted an image of an in-game NPC and titled the post “I found Tom Holland in Starfield.” The image, which you can see below, is a near-perfect depiction of the Hollywood actor. Whether or not this is just a funny coincidence, or Bethesda modeled that NPC after the actor is unknown. We like to think it’s the latter though.

Starfield Players Are Using Xenogrubs And Corpses For Extra Storage
Why add extra storage to your ship when you may just use a Xenogrub?
Starfield players often findunusual and interesting easter eggs, but some are certainly more of a stretch than others. This one, however, genuinely has a pretty striking resemblance to Holland.

“This one actually feels valid. Most posts like these are grasping at straws or at best a really big stretch but…this legit looks a lot like him,” one user said in response to the post.
Although this NPC could easily be mistaken for Tom Holland, he is actually called Holden Bonilla and can be located inside of The Den on the planet Chthonia, which resides inside of the Wolf System. Funnily enough, Bonilla is actually a reporter in the Starfield universe. While the character of Peter Parker isn’t technically a reporter, he is a photographer for The Daily Bugle (so, close enough, right?).

Some Starfield fans even noted that Holden Bonilla is voiced by American actor Robbie Daymond, who, coincidentally, voiced Spider-Man in 2017’s animated television series, Marvel’s Spider-Man. The actor has also appeared in countless other video game titles, such as Hi-Fi Rush, Need for Speed Unbound, Diablo IV, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, and many more. You can check out his full resume onIMDB.
While Bonilla certainly looks a lot like Tom Holland, there’s no way to know for sure whether or not this was intentional. But, given thatStarfield has a whole host of easter eggs, we wouldn’t be surprised if this was a subtle nod to one of the biggest stars in Hollywood right now.
