Starfieldis brimming with unique weapons, armors and ships, all waiting to be found and collected. However, certain items are missable, and you cannot acquire them once you pass up on them. There’s no coming back to claim them, unless you reload a previous save or start a new game plus.

Acquired byblackmailing Ambassodor Radcliffeof theFreestar Collectiveduring theFriends Like TheseUC faction quest.
Amanirenas’ Outfit
Can belooted from Amanirenas' body during theOperation Starseed quest. You’ll choose not to side with Amanirenas to be able to kill him during the quest.
Amelia Earheart’s Outfit
To acquireAmelia Earheart’soutfit,you’ll need to return to the Crucible after the Operation Starseed quest. You’ll find Amelia’s dead body at the establishment, and you can loot the outfit from her body.
Calibrated Antixeno Spacesuit
Acquired from the armory in the city ofLondinionduring theHostile IntelligenceUC faction quest.
Delgado’s Outfit
Delgado’s outfitcan be acquired after killing him during the Legacy’s EndCrimson Fleetfaction quest. However, you’ll need to side with the UC to go against Delgado.
ECS Uniform, Captain Uniform, and Security Uniform, and
All these three uniformscan be acquired on the ECS spaceship during theFirst Contactquest, where you play the role of diplomat between the people ofParadisoand the people on the ECS spaceship. If you blow up the ECS spaceship during the quest, you cannot collect these outfits.
Ember & Datura
Pistol & Ship
The Ember is aunique particle beam pistol that can be acquired during the Top Secrets questsin theRyujin Industriesfaction quest line. While getting the Ember pistol,you can also kill the NPC to acquire a missable spaceship, theDatura.
Eternity’s Gate
Eternity’s Gate belongs to theStarbornEmissary, and to acquire this SMG,you must side with the Hunter during theUnearthedquest and kill the Emissary in theRevelationquest.The criteria also requires not to persuade the Emissary for the artifacts during the Revelation quest.
Experiment A-7
The Experiment A-7 is a missable weapon thatcan only acquired during theEntangledmain quest from Ethan. This happens during your interaction with Ethan in his security cabin when alternating between the two realities.
Franklin Roosevelt’s Outfit
Can be collected fromFranklin Roosevelt’s body during the Operation Starseed side quest. You’ll ensure not to side with Franklin during the quest to acquire this outfit.
Gallow’s Reach
Acquired while you’re aboard Captain Petrov’s ship, the Scow,the Gallow’s Reach is a modified version of the iconic AK-47 rifle.The weapon is acquired during theNo Sudden Movesmain quest. The rifle is within Captain Petrov’s office and can be easily missed, if you don’t explore the Scow properly.
Starborn Spacesuit - Gravitas
Side with the Hunter during the Unearthed quest andkill the Emissary in the Revelation quest. You can then loot the Gravitas outfit from Emissary’s body.
Genghis Khan Outfit
Can be looted from Genghis Khan’s body during the Operation Starseed mission, provided that you do not side with Genghis Khan.
Ikande’s Sysdef Formal Uniform
Ikande’s Sysdef Formal Uniform iscollected from Commandar Ikande’s body after killing him during the Legacy’s End Crimson faction’s quest.Remember, you’ll need to side with Delgado to go against UC Vigilance.
Incendiary Experimental Nishina Spacesuit
The Nishina Spacesuit is rewarded upon completing the Entangled main quest, butyou’re required to either save both realities or only save Director Patel’s reality.
Reactive Experimental Nishina Helmet
Riot Shotgun
Riot Shotgun can be purchased fromJane Weller’s good store in Cydonia. However, to unlock Jane’s full inventory, you’ll need to complete the quest,Start-Up Stopped.
Revenant is a strong rifle thatcan be picked up during theEye of the StormCrimson Fleet quest.The weapon is located on the control panel within the Legacy ship, and shouldn’t be difficult to stop. However, if you miss collecting the rifle, you have no chance to collect it again.
Sanctum Priest Headwear & Vestment
These are highly missable clothing items,which require you to choose either the Raised Enlightened or Raised Universumtraitsduring character creation.Then, you must progress the main story until you play the Unity main quest and interact with Keeper Aquilus.
Sir Livingstone’s Pistol
Acquired from your Dad after theOne Small Stepmain quest,but you’re required to equip theKid’s Stufftrait during character creation.
Acquired from the last of the delinquent mercenaries during the Due in Full side quest.You must choose topay off the debt of the last mercenary’s to receive the Solace pistol.
Sysdef Formal Uniform
Finish the Legacy’s End Crimson Fleet questwhile siding with the United Colonies.
You canloot this excellent rifle off of Delgado’s body, after killing him, during the Legacy’s End quest while siding with the United Colonies.
The Collector’s Outfit
During the No Sudden Moves quest, you have the option to persuade or kill Captain Petrov while trying to steal the artifact.If you’re after the Collector’s outfit, you must kill Captain Petrov and loot his body.
The Last Priest
Melee Weapon
After you side with the Hunter during the Unearthed quest,you’ll also receive a new quest called the Infinity’s End, where you must kill Keeper Aquilus or persuade Hunter to believe that Aquilus is dead. If you do not side with the Hunter, the Infinity’s End is missable, along with the associated reward.
Unfair Advantage
Acquired after killing Commandar Ikande during the Legacy’s End quest. You must side with Delgado to challenge Commander Ikande andLt. Toft.
Unmitigated Violence
Acquired after killing the Hunter during the Revelation main quest. The criterion requires siding with the Emissary during the Unearthed quest and not persuading the Hunter for the artifacts,instead challenging him for a battle.
