Second, she’s often cooped up in her cottage working on her art, so she can be hard to get a hold of. Fear not, fledgling farmers, as our guide is here to help. We’ll break down Leah’s schedule, her favorite gifts, and her dialogues. Let’s get started!

Leah’s Schedule

Thankfully, despite spending much of her time in her cottage, Leah’s schedule is relatively simple. Once you reach two hearts with her, she becomes much easier to access, as the door to her cottage is unlocked for her friends.

OnMondays,Leah typically always does the same thing. She wakes up at 9am, sculpts in her cottage, and then heads over to Pierre’s General Store at 11am. At 5pm, she leaves the store and heads back to her cottage, where she remains until going to bed at midnight. She generally only deviates from this schedule if it’s raining.

Onrainy days, as well as onFriday and Saturdayper her normal schedule, Leah stays in her cottage from 9am to 4pm She then heads over to The Stardrop Saloon, remaining there until around midnight, when she heads back home.

Onall other days of the week(Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday), Leah follows a different set schedule depending on the season. In Spring, she spends these days going on nature walks with her sketch pad. She leaves her cottage at noon and walks over by the forest pond south of her house, then returns home around 7:30pm In Summer, she spends these days by the tidal pools at the beach, leaving and returning around noon and 7:30pm, respectively. In fall, she spends these days by the river in Pelican Town, just north of the blacksmith, leaving and returning at the same times mentioned previously. In Winter, rather than going on nature walks, Leah spends these days following her typical Friday and Saturday routine (i.e. going to the saloon).

There are a fewexceptionsto this schedule. On Spring 16th, Leah goes for her checkup at Harvey’s Clinic. On Winter 16th, she goes to the Night Market. On any day, at random, she may also decide to visit the Ginger Island Beach Resort.

Best Gifts For Leah

As with most other villagers, Leah tends to like artisan goods, cooked dishes, fruits, vegetables, and flowers. She has a fondness for foraged goods, as well as animal products like eggs and milk. Note that shedoes not like gems at all, setting her apart from most others. She also hates pizza, pancakes, cookies, and hash browns, leading us to wonder what exactly is wrong with her taste buds. Here are Leah’s absolute favorite things, and the best possible gifts to give her:

Leah Heart Events

Attwo hearts, simply enter Leah’s Cottage while she’s there. After a brief conversation, she’ll ask you a philosophical question. Any option here is good, with theexpress exceptionof “(creepy) May I have a kiss?”. We know it can be hard to resist picking a dialogue option that starts with (creepy), but trust us. Selecting this option not only reduces your friendship rating by 100, it will actually lock you out of one of her later heart events, and you’ll never be able to see it. After her first question in the two heart event, Leah will ask another. Both options for her second question are equally good, but note that your answer will affect Leah’s eight-heart event.

Atfour hearts, again, enter Leah’s Cottage while she’s there. A brief scene will play out, and Leah will ask you about her decision to run away from her old life. You can answer"No, it had to be done"or"No, and your ex sounds like an idiot”.Nether of these options will reduce your friendship, and all the others will reduce it by 20.

Atsix hearts, after receiving a gift from Leah, simply enter Cindersap Forest (south of your farm) at any time while Leah is there, in any season except Winter.

Ateight hearts, Leah will either hold an art show in Pelican Town, or set up an art shop on the internet, depending on your answer during her two-heart event. For the art show, enter Pelican Town between 3pm and 5pm For the art shop, simply enter her cottage while she’s there.

Atten hearts, you’re able to trigger an event with Leah by entering the Forest between 11am and 4pm, in any season except Winter. This event has no effect on friendship, so we won’t spoil it.

Atfourteen hearts, if you are married to Leah, you may trigger yet another event by exiting the farmhouse between 6am and 8am on any day aside from Sunday, in any season aside from Winter.

Leah Dialogue

Unlike other, more talkative characters, Leah only has one question she’ll pose to the player. Speak to her on a Monday to have her ask"So why did you become a farmer?".Every answer here will net you a +5 to friendship, except for"I want to make tons of money”, which will inflict a penalty of -5.
