Interested players candownload the file right now, and there’s proper documentation for it as well. The mod maker even explains what happened, and while the mod is working, it does have some bugs in it.

As part of the mod’s development process, unknown321 mentioned, “I decided to ship the mod in a semi-working state with some features missing and game-breaking bugs for a simple reason: I am running out of money and not in the position to fully commit to development like I did for the past.”

Development of the mod won’t stop completely, but the amount of time they can contribute to the project has been “severely reduced” since the modder is now job hunting.

They are open to continuing the work, though hoping it’s in an official capacity. Speaking of which, the modder asks if anyone knows someone from Konami to let the publisher know that there are people interested in improving the game. Surprisingly, the title still gets a steady number of players on Steam daily (around 2,000).
