However, it comes at a bit of cost, as the price will increase to $39.99. That said, if you hop in beforeDecember 10, you can get the whole package for that same old price.
King of Cardsis the final part of theShovel Knightcampaign. You’ll take on the role of King Knight and demolish all of the pretenders to your throne. The campaign will traverse four new worlds and tasks with conquering more than 30 new stages. King Knight has access to both the shoulder bash and the spin jump, giving you new ways to get through each level. There’s also a nifty card battle feature that tests you in new ways.
Shovel Knight Showdown, on the other hand, is a new platform fighter game. You and three of your friends can choose between more than 16 playable characters in multiplayer. Or, you’re able to take any of those characters through their own unique story. It’s a bit of a different look for the team at Yacht Club, butShowdownlooks like a fun diversion to take on when you need a break fromShovel Knight’s tough platforming.
