Once Arthur is well equipped, head to the top of Mount Hagen northwest on the map. More specifically, venture right above the “M” in Mount Hagen that strays from the main trail. The target location is just beside a rock carving near Micah’s Hideout. Climbing the mountain will require players to scale a bit and topple rocks and thick snow. and find the frozen settler, who is unmistakably a frozen Spanish Conquistador.

The conquistador will be sitting between a few rocks. To obtain the helmet from the corpse, swap out Arthur’s current hat for the helmet. Simply taking a corpse’s hat will sometimes count as stealing.
