The upcoming season will be split into two parts, with the first consisting of ten episodes. The remaining five episodes will then be released later in the year. Just like the previous season, Season 2 will be streamed onNetflix.Record of Ragnarok is a Japanese manga written by Shinya Umemura and Takumi Fukui. The series began airing in November 2017 in the Monthly Comic Zenon magazine and is currently running on its sixteenth volume. The unique concept of the series was praised by fans, which led to its anime adaptation being announced in December 2020. Multiple characters of the series can be seen battling each other, with the most prominent being Shiva against Hercules. Other characters that appear in the trailer are Jack the Ripper, Buddha, Zeus, Odin, Goll, and several others. The opening theme song of the series is “Rude, Loose Dance” by Minami, while the ending theme song is titled “Inori,” performed by Masatoshi Ono.

Yumeta Company will be joining studio Graphinica for the animation of the second season. Almost all the main cast and staff from the previous season will return, and there will also be some new faces added to the team, including Yuka Yamada, who will be joining Fudeyasu as the scriptwriter. Other members of the cast include Masao Okhubo in the director’s seat, Masaki Sato as the character designer, Koji Takanashi will handle the music department, and Shrimp and Seaweed will take the role of sound director.
