He found it ridiculous that filmmakers differentiated their films into money jobs and passion projects. He shared that he really couldn’t believe that these filmmakers took huge paychecks just for the sake of Hollywood interests. Farrell shared onHot Ones:

Like the majority of people in the world, I would imagine are a lot of people who don’t have a job that they feel connected to. When you hear that thing with people say in Hollywood… Like if they do a money job and then one that they’re more passionate about them, they go, ‘One for them, one for me.’ It’s like, ‘Really? You got $5 Million doing one for them? So generous.’ It’s all for me.
