PS5Spider-Man: Miles Moralesis one of the exciting new launch titles arriving for thePS5in just a few week’s time and to celebrate this, Marvel Comics is releasing a series of variant covers for several November and DecemberSpider-Mantitles.Marvel’s Spider-Mandeveloper Insomniac Games has recently confirmed that its version of Prowler for the upcoming issues ofÂThe Amazing Spider-ManÂandÂMiles Morales: Spider-ManÂhas been revealed through the medium of comic book covers that shows off Prowler, a classic Spider-Man villain, and how the antagonist will appear in the game.Marvel’s official Twitter account initially tweeted about Prowler, giving us all a first look at the character’s outfit which also included a dashing image of Spider-Man and the villain. Insomniac Gamesjumped on to retweetit by saying “Well, it seems Spider-Man the Cat is out of the bag”. Referring to the tweet below, our first look at Prowler comes by way of a look atMarvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Moralescreative director Brian Horton’s variant cover for the Amazing Spider-Man #55 comic. In the image you’ll notice Mile’s familiar spidey sense being alerted as Prowler, in his notable purple and green suit, sneaking up behind him and about to pounce.Spider-Manand Prowler followers will see that there are some key differences between this Prowler and the traditional appearances of the character they are used to, more notably the toned down colors and the style of the suit.
The five variant covers showcaseMiles Moralesat different stages in his heroâs journey, all of which tie back to the eagerly anticipated and soon to be releasedSpider-Man: Miles Morales. As previously said,Brian Hortonis at the helm of this variant cover and has previously worked at Disney, DreamWorks, EA, Lucas Arts, Konami, Atari, Infinity Ward/Activision, Vivendi, Crystal Dynamics/Square Enix, Dark Horse Comics, and DC Comics. On the subject of Prowler, aka Aaron Davis, we may see him spearheaded along by the Tinkerer, who is the main villain of the game but hopefully, we will see more information as the release approaches.
