What Are Routes
Routes are just a walking path that players can take to catch Pokemon and find items.If you use a Route, you have a chance of obtaining Zygarde Cells, something that will allow you to use for obtaining the new Pokemon added to the game, Zygarde. Routes will take you from Gyms or PokeStops and have you walk around your community, taking paths that other players take.Pokemon GO’s official website says of Routes"Routes are created by adventurous Trainers, just like yourself! How To Create A Route
If you want to start a Route, first you will need to go to your Nearby Menu. This is where it shows the nearby Pokemon and Raids.You will now see that Route is the final option on this list. From there, you can see the Routes available to you. If you want to create your own Route, all you need to do is find a PokeStop or Gym. Once there, you can follow these steps.
If you’re having trouble doing this, it may be because Routes aren’t available to you just yet. They are slowly rolling out across the world. If you havethe new Pokemon Go Plus+, you may want to consider taking it on your next Route!
