With this in mind and the fact that the actor is 41 years old, he was asked if he was interested in being a father at some point in his own life.
The actor seemed to have contemplated this question a lot, as his answer was extremely thoughtful. He started by revealing that he was generally a very tired person. He does not have a lot of energy, which can be quite a hurdle when one is considering having kids. With this in mind, he mentioned that he does not want to be a lazy or a low-energy father.

I’m already a tired guy. I don’t want to be a tired dad….particularly bringing new life into the context of my life, there’s a heavy burden there.
He further elaborated that he does not think that bringing new life into the world would be the best decision for him, simply because of the burden that comes with being a father. While many would assume that this would make him a subject of hate, the reasons that fans had were quite the opposite.

I totally understand what he means, and it’s very respectable of course, but I do have to admit that it makes me a bit sad that he has always wanted to be a dad, and he’d make a great one, but he now reached a point where he grew out of his desire. 🙁
I love when a person knows they’re not suited for parenthood for whatever reason and chooses to be responsible and not have kids.The world would be a much better place if more people were like this.
