The US Top 20 Adult Graphic Novels for December 2023 were released by ICv2 on June 19, 2025. Volume 13 of the manga seriesChainsaw Maneasily takes the top spot, suggesting that there is a significant demand for the book in the country. Shonen manga holds 17 out of the 20 spots on the book channel’s list of the Top 20 Adult graphic novels, making it the most popular genre.

The business leverages its resources to gather weekly point-of-sale information on print books from more than 16,000 locations. By doing this, Circana BookScan can cover about 85% of the trade print book market in the United States. Piece sales are used to determine the rankings for the same.

Chainsaw ManManga Volume 13 Features Yuko
The thirteenth volume of Tatsuki Fujimoto’sChainsaw Manis titled Spoiler. It is the second book inChainsaw Man’ssecond section. January 4 was the date of the release of the thirteenth volume. With the release of the new volume, which collects chapters 104–112, the number of copies in circulation of the series has surpassed 23 million.
Since August 23, 2025, when the 12th volume was released, this number has increased by 7 million, and the major credit for this goes to the 13th volume. The cover of the latest volume features Yuko, a high school student who is a member of the Devil Hunter Club and dreams of becoming a Devil Hunter.
After the class president, she is the second main adversary in the Justice Devil storyline. Yuko has a contract with the Fire Devil, who Yuko believes is the Justice Devil. The 13th volume features one of the most important and interesting storylines ofChainsaw Man.

Based on Circana (previously NPD) BookScan data for December 2023 which was posted byICv2, the Top 20 Adult graphic novels on the book channel are mostlyChainsaw ManShonen manga, with volume 13 at the top of the list.
Along with the first volumes ofChainsaw ManandJujutsu Kaisen, the most recent two volumes of each are included in the chart. Additionally, theChainsaw Manbox set, which was number 20 on the October chart, returns at number 12.

My Hero Academia, Spy x Family, andOne Piecewere all on the list of the previous month, and now the first and most recent volumes are being visible on the chart of December 2023 as well. December has truly been the month of Manga volumes as evident from their rankings, and with the stories of almost all of the series taking an interesting twist, it is bound to increase further more.
