Fans, in their rush to downloadthe limited time demofor the title has caused the Nintendo eShop server to slow significantly under the stress.Right now it can take up to 10 minutes for the demo download to start once you click on the “download demo” button on the game’s page.Nintendo Japan is asking people on their official Twitter to be patient and to not crash the servers.“There’s an highly concentrated amount of access on the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch, so software downloads are not starting immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience, please wait until your downloads starts”:

On January 7th, Capcom held a special event forMonster Hunter Rise, revealing a new trailer and how the demo will be available later that same day. However, theMonster Hunter Risedemo will only be playable until February 1st, at 3PM ET.Capcom also wishes to hear your thoughts on the event through a survey.
