Modern Warfare 3’s Campaign features a series of Open Combat Zone Missions where players have complete free roam over a playable area. Those of you who are diving into Reactor, will assume the role of Captain Price as he and the rest of Task Force 141 infiltrate a Konni-controlled nuclear power plant in Urzikstan. Reactoris thethird mission in the Modern Warfare 3 Campaignand thesecond available Open Combat Zone. Though blitzing straight through each mission objective will wrap up Reactor fairly quickly, there are quite a few discoverable weapons and items, 29 to be exact. Finding each weapon and item is an entirely optional part of Reactor. However, finding each one will allow you to customize your loadout to its fullest extent.
Silenced Holger 556
TheSilenced Holger 556can befound in the westernmost storage buildingto thefar northwest corner of the map. The door to this building cannot be opened from the outside. To get inside, climb onto the forklift to the side of the building, and then jump across to the roof, heading down into the building from there.
Incendiary MCW
TheIncendiary MCWcan be found on theroof of a warehouse building, which itself sits across from the storage building where the Silenced Holger 556 is located. To get to the roof, ascend up thevertical zipline to the side of the building(utilizing an ascender).
Incendiary Sakin MG38
TheIncendiary Sakin MG38can be found on thesecond floor of the construction buildingover to thewestern portion of the map- just to the side of the first Konni helicopter you need to destroy to fulfill the first objective.
KV Inhibitor
TheKV Inhibitor Sniper Riflecan befound atop the radio towerto thesouthwest portion of the map. In order to get to it, head on up the vertical zipline at the base of the tower.
TheMiniguncan befound in the fire department(southwest side of the map), at the verybottom of an elevator shaft. However, the door to this shaft cannot be accessed from the outside. To open it up,head to the roofof the fire department using the vertical zipline to the side of the building. Next, head towards asmall room marked with an X. Inside you will find a vent, and the Supply Crate containing the Minigun will be visible. Simplytoss a grenade down the ventto open the door, and head down to retrieve the Minigun.
Snapshot Pulse
TheSnapshot Pulseis pretty easy to find. It is located on thebottom floor of the fire departmenttowards the southwest portion of the map.
TheRGL-80 Grenade Launcheris located over by thefirst Konni Exfil Chopper(near the center of the map) - which will need to be destroyed for the first mission objective.
Silenced Cor-45
TheSilenced Cor-45can befound on top of a construction silo, which sits just ahead of thefirst Konni Exfil Chopper.
Sidewinder
TheSidewindercan be found on the roof of thewarehouse buildingwhich sits within thepower plant (north of the map). To access the roof, head on up the vertical zipline at the back of the building.
Silenced Expedite 12
TheSilenced Expedite 12can be found at theend of the ziplinewhichruns from the construction silo- which the Silenced Cor-45 could be found - and the mainlarge silo at the center of the map.
