Marksman Rifles are a peculiar class of weapons inModern Warfare 2that are primarily made up of bolt-action and semi-auto rifles. Such weapons provide devastating damage from close-to-mid ranges but are significantly less effective than Snipers for long-range combat. However, unlike Sniper Rifles, Marksman Rifles are more lightweight, making them the faster class of weapons. The SA-B 50 is tied with the Lockwood MK2 for thehighest damage and mobility among all Marksman Riflesand possesses thesecond-best level of accuracyof its weapon type. On the surface, the SA-B 50 seems to hold similar stats to the SP-R 208 but performs significantly better in mobility and handling. However, the SP-R 208 does possess higher recoil control, making it more accurate between shots out of the two.
Unlocking The SA-B 50
Like many weapons within Modern Warfare 2, the SA-B 50 cannot be unlocked through the traditional means of leveling up. This weapon is a part of theBryson Long Rifle Platform, meaning you will need toacquire the SP-R 208 at Level 7. All that is left now is to reachWeapon Level 13 with the SP-R 208 for the SA-B 50. Leveling up through your weapons progression system is done by obtaining Weapon XP, with the weapon kills being its most lucrative source. As of right now, DMZ is the best mode for Weapon XP farming via completing in-game contracts and eliminating AI.

Your next attachment can be theFSS OLE-V LASER, not only to make up for the ADS speed reductions of other attachments but also toreduce the time it takes to fire after sprinting. Doing so will bump up your overall handling to a manageable amount.
For your optic, we recommend theSP-X 80 6.6X.This scope provides agreater magnification for long-range engagements, as well as the added benefit of an additional zoom level. Your fourth attachment should be theCRONEN GRIP WRAP,making your weapon more accurate between shots. For your Warzone 2 loadout, you can pick between two premade Perk Packages,Recon or Weapon Specialist. The first comes with Focus, which is arguably the best option for a scoped weapon. However, the latter option will grant you access to an additional primary weapon, as it comes withOverkill.
Swap-To-Secondary Recommendations
The use of Ghost will keep you covered from enemy UAVs, thus giving you room torun a Pistol as your secondaryinstead of a Launcher.The X13 Autois arguably the best secondary you can take due to itshigh damage output and quick draw time.
