The Space Jump Boots inMetroid Prime Remasteredare an impressive advancement for Samus' Power Suit. This guide will provide details on what the Space Jump Boots do and where to find them. The Space Jump Boots are anupgradethat Samus can acquire in theTallon Overworld’s Alcove. The boots allow Samus todouble-jump, which can help traverse obstacles, obtain valuable objects, and enter places that were previously unreachable. Players can also use these boots to their advantage in side-stepping, dodging enemies, and efficiently jumping in midair.

The Space Jump Boots contain mounted thrusters that help Samus leap twice in midair. Players will not be able to view the Space Jump Boots during gameplay, but the boots are visible during cutscenes. This upgrade isn’t removable — players will not need to actively equip or unequip the upgraded boots during gameplay.
Morph Ball Through Tallon Canyon
Players can find the Space Jump Bootsbehind the Gunship, which is on the Tallon Overworld. First, head to the Tallon Canyon as shown in the map above, and position Samus in thecenter tunnel crevice. Next, roll Samus into her Morph Ball form and begin rolling horizontally against the tunnel walls back and forth toincrease momentum. The goal is to get Samus high enough to where she can reach the dark ledge on the right side of the wall — it’s a hidden area and will only be visible until Samus reaches full height.

Bomb Blasting Through The Tunnels
After reaching the ledge, there will be a passageway via the rock structure. Follow the path until Samus reaches a rectangular, brown wall. Players will need to break the wall by using theMorph Ball Bomb. Rolling through the narrow tunnel, players will need to repeat this method a couple more times with the bombs. Open the two doors following and continue to an open area. Continue through the grassy pathway and hop across the two gaps. In the end, turn to the left and open the door.
Equip The Space Jump Boots
Through this door, there will be a dimly lit area with a lot of foliage. In the center of the room, the Space Jump Boots are on a short pedestal illuminated by a gold light on a small green hill. To acquire the boots, have Samus walk through them, which will play a short cutscene of Samus obtaining the upgrade. Players can put the Space Jump Boots into action bytapping the jump button twiceor jumping while Samus is already performing a jump.
