Don’t Nod, the company behind theLife is Strangefranchise, has announced the price of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, alongside the updated release date for Tape 2.
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is the next narrative adventure game from the award-winning studio, whose latest release is the third-person action game Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, which was released in 2024.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Is The Latest Game From Life is Strange Creators
In the press release, Don’t Nod announced that Lost Records: Bloom & Rage will be priced at 39,99€/$39.99/£35.89 at launch. Players will be able to get a launch discount of 10%, and this price point includes both parts of the game – “Bloom” and “Rage.”
The entire experience will take 10–12 hours to complete. Tape 2, which houses the Rage chapter, will be released as a free content update when it’s ready for launch.
In the same press release, Don’t Nod announced that Tape 2 will be slightly delayed and will now be released on August 01, 2025. According to the studio, this decision was made “to allow for additional optimization and to give the team the necessary time to refine the experience for players and enhance the storytelling for a truly immersive continuation of the journey.”
Tape 1 (Bloom) will keep its original release date of July 06, 2025.

If you’re not familiar with Lost Records, the official game description from theFAQstates, “Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a single-player narrative adventure game set over two timelines, following four high school girls who form lasting friendships over the summer, only to face a mysterious event that will change them forever. The game explores themes of identity, rebellion, and friendship.”
With Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden not meeting the targeted sales expectations, we’re hoping Lost Records: Bloom & Rage brings Don’t Nod some much-needed financial success. We’ll know if that happens when the game’s first chapter releases on June 24, 2025, for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
