Bodies come in all shapes and sizes and thus, body positivity has a different meaning for everyone. For some, it’s feeling proud of your body as it is while for others it means working hard to achieve a healthier version of yourself. Singer/rapper Lizzo has always been a vocal and loud advocate of body positivity which sometimes, receives mixed reactions from the entertainment industry’s audience.
Right now, things are not looking good for Lizzo who has been caught in a lawsuit for having a hostile work environment as well as s-xually demeaning behavior toward her former dancers. Recently, she took to her Instagram to announce that she’s been working on new music and fans have noticed that Lizzo has seemingly lost a bunch of weight.

Lizzoonce posted avideoon Instagram where she proudly stated that she is“the beauty standard.”The caption read,“I’m sorry that my perfect face & rockin’ body offends you…I can’t help that I’m God’s favorite.”Therefore, it is safe to say that she has been the face of body positivity since she started making big waves in the entertainment industry.

However, in arecent Instagram postwhere she reveals that she has been working on new music, fans began noticing that theAbout Damn Timesinger had lost some serious weight as she posed in front of a mirror. Without addressing her new look, the $40 million-worth artist wrote in the caption,
“I’m writing some of the best music and I’m excited for y’all to hear. I’m almost ready to be a normal human again… to be outside.. to love and trust people.. to try and make new friends.. to go on live.. to sing and talk about my pain and joy.. just give me a lil more time. Thank you for the patience and to the ones who unfollowed thank u too cos now I know where we stand.”
This comes after three of Lizzo’s former dancers filed alawsuitagainst her, blaming the singer for her alleged horrible behavior toward them during work as well as supposedly coercing them into participating in shocking s-xual activities.

Last year,Page Sixobtained the lawsuit filed against Lizzo by her three former dancers which apparently revealed a new side of the singer. Out of the three plaintiffs, two claimed that they were fired from the team while the third one resigned over Lizzo’s“stunning”behavior.
The lawsuit stated that while they were on a concert trip in Amsterdam, Lizzo’s planned night out ended up with them in the red-light district of the city. The allegation quickly took a horrifying turn as the lawsuit read,“Lizzo began inviting cast members to take turns touching the n*de performers.”The allegations also stated that the singer forced her team to eat bananas out of the performers’ private areas.
The lawsuit also mentioned that just a month later, they were once again tricked into attending a nude show. Lizzo was also accused of having a hostile work environment. Things are not looking good for the singer and it looks like fans won’t let this slide by until the court gets to the bottom of everything.
