With the release ofJoJo’s Bizarre Adventure ASB R, all the characters fromPart 1 to 6will have their seiyuu (Japanese voice actors) changed to fall in line with the new anime. New All-Star Battle mode added, Story and Campaign modes removed

A new All-Star Battle mode has been added to single-player, replacing the story mode and the campaign mode of the original PS3JoJo ASBfighting game. This is actually a good thing.

The press release stressed that All-Star Battle won’t use a Stamina system. Referencing how many fans disliked the originalJJBA ASBgame’s campaign mode, which had a system comparable to Stamina in Sociage (Japanese mobile games). Stamina systems limit how much you can play pr day.

All-Star Battle mode will include “normal battles” reproducing some of the iconic scenes of the original manga by Hirohiko Araki, and “extra battles” which is like a mission mode. You’ll unlock bonus costumes for the characters by clearing these. All the characters in All-Star Battle will have brand-new lines of dialogues with each other during battles and on the victory screen.
