Developer Papergames is set to release Infinity Nikki’s first major update, called the “Shooting Star Season,” on December 30 to the PS5, PC, iOS, and Android.
Players can expect new storylines, platforming challenges, events, and, of course, new outfits to be part of the upcoming content drop from December 30 to August 13, 2025.

Infinity Nikki Shooting Star Season Brings The Game To Version 1.1
In the new season, Papergames says that “shimmering meteors will grace the night skies over Miraland as residents come together and cast their wishes upon the stars.”
Regarding new content, players will see new activities, limited-time events, outfits, and even new “ways to interact with the cozy open world,” says publisher Infold Games.
If you’re unfamiliar with the game, it’s a free-to-play title that blends dress-up gameplay with activities such as fishing, crafting, and story-driven quests. Infinity Nikki is the fifth installment in the series and has been downloaded 20 million times since its launch on December 4.
