The Egghead arc has officially ended and the Straw Hats are currently on their way to Elbaf. While Monkey D. Luffy is traveling with the giants, something massive has happened in another part of the world.One Piecechapter 1124 brought peace to the fans after confirming all the members have survived and they also got to see Admiral Kizaru breakdown. The next chapter is scheduled to be released on 8th September 2024.

However, before the official release, the synopsis of the chapter got leaked and fans had one of their theories debunked courtesy of Imu. After suffering defeat at the hands of Monkey D. Luffy, Jay Garcia Saturn was on his way to Mary Geoise. Halfway through his journey, Imu-sama killed him mercilessly, thus ending the debate about the Gorosei being immortal.
Jay Garcia Saturn Is Replaced By Figarland Garling
When Saint Jay Garcia Saturn transformed into an ox ogre,One Piecefans experienced the true extent of his abilities. Unfortunately, even after getting help from the other Elders, he was defeated by Monkey D. Luffy and failed to stop Dr. Vegapunk’s message from being circulated through the world.One Piecechapter 1125 leaks showcased the Elder getting reading to return home. Suddenly, he was covered by black flames that started to burn his flesh.

The flames were emitting from Saturn’s body, and he was begging Imu-sama for mercy. Unfortunately, within a few moments, he turned older and exploded, leaving only his skeleton behind.
Cut to a different panel, Figarland Garling was appointed as the new elder. He took up Saturn’s post as the warrior god of science and defense. Fans were shocked to see the extent to which Imu could go. He did not think twice before killing Saturn, who had served him for years.
It is yet to be clear whether Imu-sama placed some kind of curse on the Gorosei that made them all mighty, and removing them will cause their death. Imu has remained one of the most mysterious characters inOne Piece, and with the end nearing, the mysteries seem to increase instead of reducing. However, one thing is for certain: the Gorosei are not immortal and can be killed. For now, only Imu seems to know how to kill them.

As soon as the leaks surfaced online, countless fans commented on the post, sharing their opinions on the matter. With the passing chapter,Imu-sama’s abilities seem to become more dangerous. On top of being the head of the entire justice system, the mysterious characters seem to be absolutely heartless. One of the X (formerly Twitter) users said,“Imu is too heartless, even though Saturn worked under him so long he didn’t show any mercy.”

Only a few days are left before Chapter 1125 is released. Fans are overjoyed to see the big names finally making moves. Imu has been sitting idle for a long time, but recently, he destroyed an island and one of the Elders.Eiichiro Odais busy preparing the characters for the final war. With so much happening, the excitement is barely controlled by the fans. The chapter ended with Monkey D. Dragon planning his next move.
