Ozzy Osbourne has slammed American rapper Kanye West for using the sample section from a Black Sabbath live performance ofIron Manin 1983. Both Osbourne and his wife Sharon Osbourne have revealed that West had approached them for permission which was denied. Osbourne further clarified that he denied West permission due to theRunawaysinger’s anti-semitic stances.

On Friday, the Prince of Darkness mistakenly wrote that West used his song,War Pigs, however, the newly reposted X tweet mentioned the song asIron Man. Osbourne revealed that the rapper had approached him to ask for permission, but he denied it.

Osbourne shared that West is an anti-semite and has caused“untold heartache”to Jewish people with his hurtful remarks. Osbourne’s wife,Sharon Osbourne, had earlier stated that she identified as Jewish as her late father and music manager Don Arden was Jewish. The rockstar further added that West went on to use the sample anyway at his album listening party. Osbourne concluded that he wanted no association with West.

This decision proved to be another reason for a fan to love the“Prince of Darkness”more. One fan thanked him for standing up to theHeartlesssinger.
