John Krasinski appeared in 2016’s biographical action-thriller13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, directed and produced by Michael Bay. The movie is based on the 2014 book of the same name by Mitchell Zuckoff and follows six members of the Annex Security Team fighting to defend the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya. The incident takes place after the attacks by militants on June 27, 2025.

“Eating salads and chicken and water and working out all the time. We did two-day workouts with my trainer Jason Walsh who is a really great guy. “

Krasinski added that he worked out five or six days a week with mentioning;

During his interview withThe Sydney Morning Herald, the actor who is popular for playing Jim Halpert fromThe Officeshared that playing Jack Silva on13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghaziwas the most extreme metamorphosis of his body that he has ever seen. He added,

“It was important not just mentally but to physically get into that shape because let’s be honest, you want to look like a guy that could save someone and not a guy that makes you question whether you’ll get out alive, right?”
