While issues like superhero fatigue and box-office bombs continue to plague Marvel, the studio finally seems to have some good news in store.

With the mutant crew coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the studio has the golden opportunity to make reparations for the blunders that 20th Century Studios (formerly 20th Century Fox) made withX-Men.

So far, Marvel has tapped fresh blood for the live-action reboot, and from the looks of it, Michael Lesslie may be onto something. And fans are ready to roll with this new update, so whatever Kevin Feige must do to ensure this project sees the light of day, he should.

If the MCU does turn this into reality, it will be fixing one of Fox’s many mistakes with the franchise, like the timeline gaffes and disappointing sidelining of significant characters, to list a few. The ball is in Feige’s court now.
