It could be said that Rasputin and his legendary arsenal were some of the highlights ofDestiny 2. The fact that his IKELOS weapons made three separate appearances, while other weapons like Sleeper Simulant were reprized from the originalDestiny, speaks volumes. However, it could be his final gift, the Exotic bow Hierarchy of Needs, that might be the most precious of all.

Hierarchy of Needs will require some work and perseverance to obtain. It’s not as insufferable as farming Invincible from Arthas atop his icy throne, but fighting the final boss in Spire of the Watcher comes quite close. However, instead of a flying undead horse, Guardians get something much more useful: A Solar bow that fires arrows through Pilotwings-style rings for increased damage. Here’s how to add it to a Guardian’s collection.
How To Get Hierarchy Of Needs
This potential final gift from theenigmatic AI Warmind Rasputincomes from the Spire of the Watcher dungeon. Like many things in Destiny 2, it being awarded upon completion isn’t a guarantee. Instead, there is a random chance that it will drop when completing this unique dungeon. That being said, there are ways to improve the player’s chances of receiving the Exotic bow. Specifically, there are five Triumphs that each increase the chances of nabbing this weapon.

Hierarchy Of Needs Perks
Hierarchy of Needsworks a bit like Ticuu’s Divination, in that hip firing builds a sort of charge that can be capitalized on when firing after aiming down the sights. In this case, the arrows essentially become heat-seekers and gain a buff to damage for firing long-range.

Hierarchy Of Needs Catalyst
To earn the Hierarchy of Needs Catalyst, Guardians must simplyclear the Spire of Watcher dungeon on Master difficulty. From there, amassing 500 kills will unlock it for use. When equipped, the Catalyst adds theEmergency Scrambleperk, which gives the weapon handy buffs to its efficiency (and therefore DPS).
