The studio should definitely consider this idea, after all, focusing on the community’s feedback is what savedHelldivers 2from completely dying.

A user on Reddit named u/jp72423 has shared interesting concept art on the r/Helldivers2 subreddit, showcasing a Democracy Officer-based Warbond. This idea features a distinctive uniform-styled E-9 Executive Armor set, a weapon called PP-20 Deadeye, and a melee weapon called Saber.

The concept art also featured two Stratagems, SEAF Squad and MC-109 Hammer fromHelldivers(2015). The player also gave a short description of every item in the concept art. The E-9 Executive Armor would give players a passive ability called Administrative Access, which means the waiting time on objective computers will be reduced by 50% for the player who is wearing this armor. Players love this idea so Arrowhead should certainly see this to make a Warbond inspired by this.

At one point,Helldivers 2was one of the most popular games in the world, however, very soon players started claiming that the game had become boring and dull. On top of this, Sony and Arrowhead decided to implementthe PSN account linking policyfor all PC players, which further destroyed the game’s image. Constant nerfs forced even the hardcore fans to delete the game.

Now, Arrowhead has realized that its strategy is not working, and as a result, they came up with a 60-day plan to fix the game. Thanks to some decent updates, the game’s popularity has been revived. Many weapons and Stratagems like Flamethrower, Railgun, and Break Shotgun have been improved, making the game exciting again.
These gameplay improvements are good but the game still needs some new content. With the game relevant again, Arrowhead should use this opportunity to introduce the Illuminate. This enemy faction was a part of the first game but there are speculations that they are planning to start another war. The community strongly believes that the construction of the Democratic Space Station will certainly bring some new content, particularly Stratagems, to the game.
