Trench Tales: A Mixture of Helldivers 2’s Chaos and Fallout’s War-Infested Scenario
Trench Talesis going to be an action-adventure third-person shooter set in a dark alternative world between WWI and WWII. In this game, you have to emerge as a lone wanderer amidst the chaos of the world war, which is worsened by the fight between two brothers battling for the throne in the heart of Verdan. According to theofficial Kickstarter page, this sums up the whole game:

Just like inHelldivers 2, you have to overcome all the chaotic and distressing situations to see the light on the other side. On the other hand, just likeFallout‘s post-nuclear setting, this game is also infested with mid-war scarcity.

Is Trench Tales Coming to Consoles?
Right now,Trench Talesis in the developmental phase. The game is about to enter the alpha testing phase in July 2024. However, the development team has already revealed a trailer for the game.
Now, as it’s a Kickstarter project, the game needs to fulfill its funding requirement to surface completely. As of now, the game will be released on Kickstarter itself and later on Steam if funds get raised on the platform constantly.

Although the developers have stated that the game is being designed to be brought to consoles, as a Kickstarter project without a proper publisher behind it, it’s tough to turn all the stones by a single developer. If the game reaches the required amount of funds, it can expand its developer base by porting it to consoles.
