Ghost Of Tsushima’s PC Port Is Being Blocked In Certain Countries After Helldivers 2 Controversy
Ghost of Tsushima’s PC port is being blocked from purchase in certain countries, likely because its Legends mode requires users to link a PSN account.
While many blasted EA as “the worst video game company of all time,” others opted to create some hilarious mock-ups of what in-game adverts could look like. They’re all quite far-fetched and (hopefully) not what EA intends to implement, but given the company’s track record, there’s still a possibility that these memes aren’t that far off.

Many of the memes used Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in their examples, as this is one of EA’s most well-known titles. However, others wondered what the feature would look like if it was implemented into other titles, such as Call of Duty. One of the franchises' most iconic scenes has now been ruined in true dystopian fashion.

EA likely plans to implement adverts in much more subtle ways, especially after the backlash it received in 2020, but these mockups are hilarious nonetheless.
