7Madness Dragon Breath Attack inElden Ring

One of the many ways our tarnished character is allowed to defeat his enemies is by summoning a literal dragon breath to deal damage and build up a status effect on the opponent.

While the game already has many of these Dragon Breath attacks with different build-ups, such as Frost and Scarlet Rot, there is still a lack of a Dragon Breath attack that builds up madness.

6Crucible Wings Incantation

Much to the likeliness of the user who wished for this particular spell to be added to the game, the recentgameplay trailerfor the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC reveals what seems to be a spell that allegedly allows the player to grow wings and take flight in the air.

5Necromancy Spells

For those who might not know, Necromancy is a term that refers to the practice of communicating with those who have passed away. However, thanks to another popular video game title,Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, we already have an understanding of what necromancy spells would work in a game.

The spells, if added, should practically allow the player to involuntarily attain help from those who have passed away. This should not be a big task to accomplish, consideringElden Ringalready has an established concept of summoning, as well as of beings who live beyond death.

Players can make use of Dragon Heads in the game

4Butterfly Spells

Not much can be explained in detail about this particular entry in the list. However, a user has justified how the game should include a spell category highlighting butterflies as there are many of them present in the title already, and much to everyone’s surprise, it seems we might get to see something similar soon as teased in the aforementioned gameplay trailer.

3Magic Weapon Conjuring

As the name might suggest, this particular spell would allow the player to conjure/ summon weapons with the help of spells. This is yet another concept that would be copied fromSkyrim, and again should not be a difficult concept forElden Ringto replicate in the upcoming Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

2Envoy Bubble Spells

There is already a category of bubble spells, called Oracular spells, that exist in the game. Fans hope to see a major buff, much like the infliction of holy damage on impact with the opponent in the coming DLC.

1Catch Blackflame

This particular incantation would be an imitation of the already existing Catch Flame incantation, except it would feature the godslaying black flame instead. It could potentially help players lose their frost build-up, a feature that theoriginal catch flame incantation also subtly contains.

It is now in Hidetaka Miyazaki’s jurisdiction whether he decides to add these unique and intriguing spells to the game. However, there remains no doubt that the addition of these elements in the game would help further diversify the arsenal available to the players, refreshing the gameplay experience.Shadow of the Erdtree DLC is available to pre-order onSteam.
