While this is a worthy and appropriate ability for the character, it is not officially supported, as his God Of Mischief ability states that after transforming, he can use all the abilities of the character he copied except any of their Team-Up Abilities.

If Loki copies Hela from enemies, this interaction won’t happen and he will actually die, not at the hands of Thanos this time. Overall, it’s sort of a bug that requires various things to be aligned.
