One such quest, Corporate Secrets, is another series of seemingly simple steps that is only as easy as the player’s competence makes it. If done right, Corporate Secrets isan easy paydayfor players hoping to pad their wallets.
2One Step At A Time
Players need to beat least level 17before the quest becomes accessible from the Mechanic. The Mechanic is located in the Chemical Plant Factory in the Customs District, and he will task the player with finding two folders of technical documents on nearby water station facilities. The two folders arein separate buildingsin the northern section of the Lighthouse map. Both buildings and their surrounding environments, like manyareas in Tarkov, are wide open and lacking cover, so players should take precautions and come with sufficient armor and weaponry to deal with enemy players or hostile NPCs. Players should also try andloot the surrounding areawhile present to ensure the trip was worthwhile.
Building number one is next to a paved road near a patch of trees, with a connecting gas pipe running over the top of the road into the building’s ceiling. The files in this building are located in an upstairs office on the left-hand side. The files can be found stuffed between some static folders on the lower end of a shelving unit inside the office. Building number two is to the north of the water treatment area, as opposed to building number one’s western location, so traveling from one to the next can prove dangerous. With the industrial nature of this portion of the Lighthouse map, players may stumble uponfuelon their travels.
Building number two has an off-white paint job with blue highlights on the exterior. The front face of the building should have a ladder leading to the roof, and a gas pipe on the bottom right running into the wall. Heading inside, the documents will again be inside the second-story office room, near the left side of the building. The desired documents are inside a file organizer standing on an office desk next to a window. Once both documents have been obtained, players simply need tosuccessfully extract themselvesfrom the area, and the quest will be complete.

Upon completing the Corporate Secrets Quest, the Mechanic will reward the player for their efforts. Some rewards are contingent on the player’s Intelligence Center, specifically their monetary payout. The rewards for Corporate Secrets are:
Corporate Secrets is a beneficial and rewarding quest for new players or players returning after a fresh wipe on the game reset their stashes.
