How To Get To Windmill Village
You either need to obtain the Dectus Medallion or use the Ruin-Strewn elevators and kill its boss to make it to the Altus Plateau. Once you are in the region, you should follow a circular path to the east, then north, and eventually west to reach the north of Altus Plateau, where the Windmill Village is located. The video above will showcase the path from the first Site of Grace you discover at Altus Plateau after leaving the Grand Lift of Dectus.
Be warned that at the top of the Windmill Village, a boss is waiting for you, and it’s going to be a pretty tough fight in two phases. The boss is called Godskin Apostle and he has quite fast moves. He also uses magic whenever you attempt to heal yourself with a Flask!
Once you enter the village, the NPCs inside the village won’t attack you. Actually, you will be surprised that they are all celebrating and dancing without reacting to your presence. However, this will soon change once one of the dogs in the village spots you. All nearby NPCs will suddenly become hostile and attack, though you can just run away to the top to meet the boss himself!
