The Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [1], which lets you purchase Somber Smithing Stones 1 and 2, is located in the Sellia Crystal Tunnel in Caelid. It’s dropped by the Fallingstar Beast, a boss located in this cave.

These Somber Smithing Stones locations are mostly inElden Ring‘s Liurnia of the Lakes and Caelid regions around various major points of interest.
As for the Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [2], that’s going to require a lot more work. You’ll need to make your way to the Altus Tunnel cave in the Altus Plateau and defeat the Crystalian (Spear) and Crystalian (Ringblade) boss duo.

These two are some of the hardest to acquire inElden Ring, with Somber Smithing Stone 10 (or Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stones) being limited in number. They’re located in highly difficult areas of the game.
The Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [5] allows you to purchase only the Somber Smithing Stone [9]. You’ll need Crumbling Farum Azula access. It’s on a corpse near an altar in a church reachable from Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace, guarded by Azula Beastman.
There are no Bell Bearings for the Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone, similar to how the final level of the normal Smithing Stones lacks one.
